Lagos Police Arrest Man, Woman Operating “One Chance” Syndicate
The Lagos State Police Command has said that operatives have arrested two people for operating a “one chance” syndicate.
“One Chance” is a term used for posing as commercial passenger vehicles robbing unsuspecting victims of their possessions.
The command, through its spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, said that men attached to the Iju Division in the outskirts of the state had arrested Folashade Solagbe, a woman and a man Seun Oke, who were both arrested with a Toyota Corolla.
“Eagle-eyed officers of Iju Division have arrested a ‘one chance’ syndicate following their victim’s scream for help. The suspects, Folashade Sholagbe ‘f’ aged 36 and Seun Oke ‘m’ aged 29 specialized in picking their victims with their Corolla (pictured) at 7up by Tollgate,” Hundeyin stated in his tweet.
