Photos: 25 Dead After Trailer Collides with Vehicles in Ibadan
A tragic accident on Tuesday along the Ojoo-Iwo Road near the Agbowo/Ajao area of Ibadan, Oyo State, has claimed the lives of at least 25 people. The collision involved a trailer carrying roofing sheets and an 18-seater Hummer bus, a Micra taxi, and a Honda CR-V.
Several passengers were rescued and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Traffic congestion remains a major issue on the Ojoo-Iwo Road as Federal Road Safety Corps officials work to alleviate the situation.
