SUBSIDY REMOVAL: BE PATIENT WITH TINUBU GOVERNMENT – ALAWUJE URGES NIGERIANS
President Tinubu.
There’s something unique about Tinubu! I urge you all to stand with this urbane, cosmopolitan & compassionate 21st-century leader,
The National Coordinator of the Disciples of Justice (also known as Disciples of Jagaban) Comrade Abdulhakeem Adegoke Alawuje has charged Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the country groans under the consequences of the high price of premium motor spirit occasioned by fuel subsidy removal.
He was optimistic that Nigerians will soon see the light at the end of the tunnel and eventually laugh last, after the initial pain wrought by the subsidy removal.
“Tinubu may not be perfect, but he is wired to be real and down to earth. For instance, while Tinubu was practically planning to win the general election, the opposition parties were only prepared to manipulate the BVAS, IREV or INEC website to win the election.
The amount of subsidy being paid to less than about fifty Nigerians as subsidy can as well solve the financial problems of over two hundred million Nigerians. So why should less than one per cent of Nigerians be taking what belongs to all of us?
Nigerians will soon appreciate President Tinubu on subsidy removal and equating USD at both markets.
The first signal that the subsidy regime in past administrations was a scam according to information reaching us, is that the announcement of the policy to remove by President Tinubu has caused a rise in fuel prices in Ghana, Togo, Niger and Chad to 1200 equivalent Nigeria money. This shows Nigeria has been subsidising its neighbouring countries without them showing it or appreciating it. They must be seriously grumbling now that the bonanza is about to be over.
By the time the implementation starts in July 2023 and the benefits start accruing to Nigerians, then we will appreciate President Tinubu the more.
Surely, Nigerians are going to feel the benefits of fuel subsidy removal in all sectors of governance, but only if we can be patient.
As Nigerians, we must congratulate ourselves, irrespective of our group, ethnic, political or religious affiliation. We must be grateful to God for choosing for us what we truly need. We must realise that Tinubu is God-sent to liberate our political system, reactivate our security system, rejuvenate our economic system and restore unity, love and harmony to our nation.
He is naturally blessed. And he is politically experienced to lead us to the promised land. We should therefore lend him the necessary support to enable him to rescue the nation from its economic quagmire.
Subsidy removal is one of the signposts of a rough and tough beginning that will surely lead to a joyful end. With Tinubu, Nigeria’s treasury is secured and citizens will surely feel the dividends of democracy like never before in the history of this nation,
DOJ members are also part of the masses, and we will never support the political elites against the masses of this great nation,
With Tinubu all Nigeria will soon occupy his rightful position as the giant of Africa, and the leader of the black race.
Like I said in 2019 when the struggle for tinubu’s presidency started, just as European nations such as Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Portugal etc one time ruled the world,
It’s time for the black race to lead the entire world. And with Tinubu as President of the most courageous, most socio-culturally vibrant nation, he would ensure the Nigerian system works positively.
DOJ hereby appeals to the masses, particularly the youths not to allow themselves to be used against the man who is purposely sent to rescue Nigerians and the African continent.
With a genuine federalist like Tinubu at the helm, states will surely enjoy their independence. Their varying natural resources would be judiciously explored, just as they will be able to generate their own electricity.
I insist Tinubu is indeed God-sent because no individual could survive all the attacks he survived except with the special Grace of God.
Nigerians will recall that DOJ actually threatened to take Tinubu to court if he refused to contest and we stood by him from the beginning to where he is today. Still, we shall not leave him alone until total success is achieved.
